1. About these Terms

These Terms govern use of the Skillfits website and related services. Skillfits Artificial Intelligence Solutions, registered in Qatar under CR 243055, operates the platform for employers and applicants.

By using the platform, you agree to these Terms, including the Privacy Notice below.

2. Pilot service status

The platform is currently an invite-only pilot offered free of charge to selected users. Pilot access may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.

Features may be incomplete, unavailable, inaccurate, or different from their descriptions. Data, uploaded content, settings, and AI outputs may be lost during the pilot. Do not rely on the pilot as your only record of recruitment activity or candidate information.

No payment is requested, processed, or presented as a checkout flow to pilot users.

3. Eligibility and account use

The platform is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Users must provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully. Employer accounts may only be used by authorized representatives.

4. Employer and applicant responsibilities

• Employers must have lawful authority to upload and process candidate information for the stated recruitment purpose.
• Applicants are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information and documents they submit.
• Users must not upload false, unlawful, discriminatory, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized content.

5. AI features

AI-generated results are advisory only. Qualified human review is required. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable and must not be the sole basis for employment, disciplinary, legal, financial, or regulatory decisions.

6. Privacy Notice

Skillfits collects and processes account details, company and applicant profiles, CVs and other uploaded documents, application information, technical logs, and AI-related inputs and outputs to provide and secure the platform.

Uploaded CV content or extracted text may be sent to AI providers to provide requested recruitment features. Skillfits does not use identifiable candidate data for model training or unrelated product improvement unless that use is separately disclosed and authorized.

We may share personal data with service providers that operate hosting, authentication, storage, AI, monitoring, analytics, email, and support services. Those providers may process data outside Qatar. We use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards where applicable.

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent where applicable by contacting info@skillfits.com. We retain data only as long as necessary for the pilot, security, support, legal obligations, dispute handling, and backups.

7. User content and intellectual property

Users retain ownership of their submitted content. Users grant Skillfits the limited rights necessary to host, process, analyze, store, and display that content in connection with the service.

8. Suspension and termination

Skillfits may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, pilot management, or breach of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Skillfits does not guarantee uninterrupted service, data preservation, successful hiring outcomes, candidate quality, feature availability, or AI accuracy. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
