This Privacy Policy explains how Skillfits Artificial Intelligence Solutions processes personal data in connection with the Skillfits pilot platform for employers and job seekers.

• Account and profile information, including name, email address, phone number, authentication details, and company information.
• CVs, resumes, work history, education, skills, documents, applications, and recruitment communications.
• Technical information, including IP address, browser or device information, session information, cookies, and server logs.
• AI-related inputs and outputs, including uploaded CV content or extracted text and generated analyses.

3. How we use information

We use personal data to operate the pilot, manage accounts and recruitment workflows, provide AI-assisted features, maintain security, prevent misuse, respond to support and legal requests, and improve service reliability.

4. AI-assisted processing

The platform may send uploaded CVs or extracted CV text to AI providers to provide requested recruitment features. AI outputs are support tools only and require qualified human review before consequential action is taken.

Skillfits does not use identifiable candidate data for model training or unrelated product improvement unless that use is separately disclosed and authorized.

5. Sharing and international transfers

We may share data with providers that support hosting, authentication, storage, AI, monitoring, analytics, email, and support. Some processing may occur outside Qatar. We use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards where applicable.

6. Retention and pilot limitations

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the pilot, security, support, legal obligations, dispute handling, and backups. The pilot may experience data loss; users should retain their own copies of important records and documents.

7. Your rights and choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent where applicable by emailing info@skillfits.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

8. Security and minors

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. The platform is intended for adults aged 18 and over; minors must not create accounts, upload CVs, or submit applications unless lawful authorization and supervision apply.
