AI Use and Automated Processing Notice

1. How AI is used

Skillfits uses AI to support recruitment-related workflows such as CV analysis, profile extraction, document summarization, and job-description assistance.

2. Human review is required

AI-generated results are advisory only. Qualified human review is required. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unavailable and must not be the sole basis for employment, disciplinary, legal, financial, or regulatory decisions.

3. Data sent for AI processing

Uploaded CVs or extracted text may be sent to AI providers to provide requested features. The resulting outputs may be stored in the platform for authorized employer and applicant workflows.

4. Training and improvement

Skillfits does not use identifiable candidate data for model training or unrelated product improvement unless that use is separately disclosed and authorized.

5. Pilot availability

During the pilot, AI features may change, fail, or be removed without notice. Users must independently review all outputs before relying on them.
